Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables specified in the applicable statement of work shall transfer to the client, subject to any pre-existing intellectual property rights of Zoni Holdings or third parties.

Zoni Holdings retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience acquired during any engagement for the benefit of other clients, provided that we do not disclose or use any client's confidential information in doing so.

6. User Content and Submissions
